I like the way they treat all patients regardless of the extent of the illness of the child. The staff gave their best attention to all. I observed the treatment offered to the young patients - well done - wow award.

Although extremely busy the nurses in the sunflower suite manage to take their time in explaining what they are doing, are caring in what they do and are kind to all.
I do feel that there needs to be more nurses in order to relieve the pressure on them.

My care has been very good whilst having chemo - although sometimes the pharmacy are very slow preparing the chemo treatments so you spend unnecessary time waiting for it to arrive.
Whilst in Mandarin Wars I was treated very well, food was much better the 1st time - I disliked the microwave plates of food - they were very over cooked.
